Just testing the wp2go app on my new Droid. So far I am really impressed with it. I spent a little more time browsing the Android Market this evening & ended up installing over 20 free applications. I’ll be purchasing a Twitter client soon, but I need to test the dozen or so free ones first.
It’s taking a little getting used to, but I think I’m going to like the Droid. It’s not as “polished” & “pretty” as the iPhone, but it’s a geek phone. Since I’m a Linux guy at heart, this is a good fit.
I’ll post more as I start using it more.

This weekend I had the privilege of attending the second Open Hack Day in London. This year I was a presenter instead of just there for user support. I have to say that it was an awesome event and I can’t wait to do it again.
I’ve uploaded the slides from my talk to SlideShare and posted the code example here.
I have to mention that one of the best parts was the band: pornophonique.de. They are a German duo that plays a guitar and a GameBoy. It’s a pretty sweet sound and so far I really like coding to it

Last night I upgraded the git yui tool to version 2.
This new version adds in support for the new YUILibrary.com ticket tracker API.

My hosting provider is upgrading PHP on my server to 5.x tonight, hopefully all of my examples and site will continue to function.
If you notice any of my examples failing, please feel free to email me and let me know, there are 159 examples, so I’ll have a hard time checking them all

A few people mentioned that the Editor was not working, it turns out that WordPress is a little strict on the HTML that is accepts..
So I have included an additional step in the instructions to fix this issue..
You can get the fix here.
You do not have to re-download the plugin, just make the change to your wp-config.php file and all should be good.
If you notice that there is an issue with content not being submitted, please drop me a note and let me know what failed..
Update: I did update the plugin for posts. When you switch from the Editor to the code view I put the default “Quick Tags” bar back across the top of the textarea.

I’ve been a bit busy lately and have neglected my site, so I have upgraded WordPress to the latest release.. Plus I have changed up come colors, changed the Twitter badge and added MyAvatar support to my comment pages..
