Since I posted an example on how to make a nested Drag & Drop list. I have received several emails requesting a Sortable Nested Drag and Drop list. So here it is.

Good evening, Dav!
I’ve just tried your example ( drag item and drop it on another ) one in Opera 9.02 Build 8585 and the latter crached!
And that happened for the next my three tries… Do you know what can be the purpose?

The sortable list is excellent, but it seems to get confused when there are elements within each li, such as thing:
foo
bar
Any idea why this is?

Looks like the comment box ate my markup example. I meant something like this:
(li)
(span class=”foo”)Foo(/span)
(span class=”bar”)Bar(/span)
(/li)
